Perrier-Jouët is famous for its Champagne white wines. It has been unswervingly committed to the pursuit of top excellence for nearly two centuries. The unique terroir of being classified as a top winery is the best witness. Because of its high-quality grapes, there is almost no need to add sugar to highlight the exquisite quality of the blend; the first orthodox "Brut" champagne special wine is created with a new and completely different champagne manufacturing method. This concept has been maintained to this day, and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is the heir to this tradition and the initiator of the famous Perrier-Jouët style.
The cellar master Hervé Deschamps selects the best wines from about 50 different wines, and skillfully mixes each bottle of wine and a certain proportion of the reserve wine together, based on the unique depth of Pinot Noir, mixed with the charming fruity Pinot Meunier uses the top Chardonnay white wine from the winery to increase the freshness, flint and mineral characteristics of the blend. After the bottle is sealed, it will be aged in the wine cellar for three years. The chief winemaker with Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut is dedicated to expressing the wine's structure, fruit taste and mellowness, as well as the moderate personality that can be enjoyed with food, and his unique blending technique fully demonstrates the pursuit of perfection.

In 1993, Hervé Deschamps formally took over the position of chief winemaker from André Baveret, becoming the seventh chief winemaker of Paris Flower in two centuries. Different from the method that other champagne winemakers usually use when blending, first mix wine samples with similar taste attributes, and then uniformly mix them into the winery’s usual style. Hervé Deschamps will first outline a formed "sketch". Relying on his memory of dozens of wine-like characteristics, he completed the blending work in one go.
The work of the winemaker cannot be faked. Herve's current work includes monitoring the quality of champagne, the fermentation process, changing the bottle and removing the residue, standing and passing the barrel, and mixing.

Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut has a light yellow color and a bright luster that represents freshness. The smell is ripe and mellow, with spicy and aromatic characteristics. Ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit (pineapple), honey and flower aromas give the wine freshness and texture. The taste is smooth, roundness and bubbles form a perfect balance, which adds to the charm and elegance of Perrier-Jouet's main characteristics. It is recommended to maintain the temperature at 10C for drinking for better flavor. It can perfectly match the refreshing first cold dish, such as fish jelly or scallops, especially suitable for lighter-tasting food types.
