Quinta do Noval Vintage Port 2016 飛鳥園年份波特酒《ZTP003A》

Quinta do Noval於1715年創建，最初由 RebelloValente 家族擁有並經營超過百年，19世紀初由於聯姻而傳給 ViscountVilar D'Allen，一個熱衷於狂野舞會的人。19世紀80年代由於根瘤蚜危害，如同當地的其他酒莊一樣，Quintado Noval也是沽價待售，1894出售給當地著名商人 AntonioJose da Silva，AntonioJose da Silva重新定植葡萄園，使酒莊獲得新生，其後，其女婿 LuizVasconcelos Porto 繼承管理，一直經營管理酒莊將近30年。Luiz Vasconcelos Porto大力進行改革，加寬梯田寬度，增加光照以及田間操作的便捷性，即使用今天的技術標準來看，也是了不起的改革，並借助劍橋、牛津等等俱樂部進行推廣，提升酒莊的知名度。Quintado Noval的聲譽不斷獲得提升，其中1931年份是標誌性的，由於當時世界經濟不景氣，波特酒的定單嚴重下降，在這一年僅有3個酒商還在繼續進行業務，Quintado Noval是當時唯一的在英美市場連續不斷出口的葡萄牙生產商。

現在，Quintado Noval由世界知名的保險公司 AXAMillesimes 經營。今天，Quintado Noval成為Douro的典型代表，不僅因為其歷史輝煌，更因為其酒質卓越。  

Quinta do Noval（飛鳥園）是出產波特酒最古老的頭牌酒莊之一。在諸多頂尖波特酒生產者中，Quintado Noval以其葡萄採摘自單一葡萄園而令其更顯得卓爾不群。值得注意的是，酒莊以釀造出葡萄牙最佳的波特酒“Nacional”——產自 TourigaNacional 老藤單一葡萄園的混釀葡萄酒而聞名。同樣，酒莊亦出產葡萄牙高品質的幹紅葡萄酒，是 Douro地區出產的最為令人期待的佳釀，表現出無可比擬的深度和集中度，以及豐沛果味與辛香料的特質。

This is a superb baby Noval that reminds me of the 1966. Chewy yet so polished. The light sweetness suggests an overall dialing back of the sugar content. Stemmy and lightly green. A truly classic Noval. Almost all from Pinhao.

This is distinctive from the start, with a youthfully rambunctious display of dark currant, fig and blackberry fruit paste flavors liberally spiked with bramble, Turkish coffee and ganache notes. As the fruit pumps through the finish, a tarry spine adds a bristling, mouthwatering edge. Sports more obvious grip and is a touch drier in style than most of its peers.
