Yamazaki Distillery's oiginal ume (plum) liqueur that has been matured over time in toasted casks is then finished with whisky aged in plum liqueur barrels. Enjoy the rich aroma of vanilla and the mellow, lingering aftertaste that arises from the toasted casks.

Yamazaki Distillery Rich Amber is a luxurious umeshu characterized by its deep and opulent finish. The umeshu is slowly matured in roasted old whisky barrels, and then blended with aromatic malt whisky and grain whisky that has been aged in umeshu barrels. This fusion creates a complex aroma and a rich, long-lasting finish.
