Reyneke 位於南非著名產區 Stellenbosch，一直都被各大酒評一致讚好～分數高之餘其尊重自然的態度也令其獲得 Robert Parker 的可持續酒莊 Green Emblem 綠色徽章，另外 Demeter Biodynamic 生物動力法也是業界最嚴謹的認證之一。除了跟隨曆法耕作外，在環保和有機的要求也是最高，更要保持生物多樣性，Reyneke 同時在釀造過程中沒有用上動物澄清物，所以亦是沒認證的 Vegan wine (素食者適用)！這都是就是因為莊主 Johan 相信尊重自然才能做出最好的酒，而各界的高度評價就證明他做到了～

回看 Reyneke 原來都曾經得到高人指點，法國 Loire Valley 名莊且生物動力法先鋒之一的 Domaine Huet 釀酒師 Noel Pinguet 與 Reyneke 的釀酒師 Rudiger Gretschel 份屬老友，經 Noel 的分享和指點下，Reyneke 更活用 Biodynamic，成了 Jancis Robinson 也推舉的名莊，更讚揚其既不過度模仿 Rhone Valley 風格，也不同於南非傳統多桶高酒精的特色，反而是清新有活力的獨特風格，是南非甚至新世界 Syrah 的清泉！

香氣直接而討好～果感成熟年份也成熟，非常 Syrah～

黑莓藍莓紫羅蘭，典型的黑椒和泥土感都滿滿，溫柔的煙燻咖啡桶感，還有陳熟的皮革、乾果、和明顯的礦物石頭感，這樣複雜的層次力壓同價位的各國 Syrah/Shiraz

入口中身溫柔，$99 感覺卻有像慢品 fine wine 的上流感覺～～不是 party/table wine 的粗粗快飲，又沒有飲貴酒那種不捨得，要慢慢分析的壓力，chill 高性價比呀～

The 2016 Syrah opens with classic aromas of dark berries and a smoky nose before offering black pepper elements, oak spice, vanilla and hints of black olive in the glass. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is slightly tight, with a tannic core, while expressing smoked blackberry flavors and integrated crushed peppercorn notes before ending with a long, spicy and food-friendly finish. Well done!
