Ruinart is the originator of the Champagne region. It was founded in 1729 and has a history of nearly three hundred years. The story of Ruinart originated from the Benedictine monk Thierry Ruinart. While studying in Paris, Thierry experienced "Champagne", a sparkling wine that was already popular among the aristocracy at the time. In 1729, under the guidance of Thierry, his nephew Nicolas Ruinart founded Maison Ruinart in Reims and began to brew champagne. Maison Ruinart has been passed down from generation to generation in the Ruinart family. It was not until the 1950s and 1960s that it was acquired by the LVMH Group (Moet & Chandon) due to business difficulties and became part of this luxury empire.
The bottle of Ruinart champagne is unique in shape and a little cute. This appearance design is a tribute to the champagne bottle of the 18th century. The famous painting "Luncheon with Oysters" by French painter Jean-François de Troy was completed at the same time as Maison Ruinart was established. It is also the earliest existing painting depicting the scene of drinking champagne. The shape of the bottle in the painting is almost the same as the bottle shape used by Maison Ruinart.
The delicate, elegant and complex style of Ruinart champagne is closely related to the high proportion of Chardonnay grape varieties used by the winery. The basic champagne is mixed with at least 40-50% Chardonnay, and the vintage champagne uses more than half of Chardonnay. The winery located in Reims, the great city of Champagne, has a long history and more than 30 meters deep crayères (the name of the chalk cellar-Gallo-Roman), which maintains a stable and good low temperature all year round, combined with suitable humidity, making it an excellent natural cellar for storing champagne.
Ruinart Rose first appeared more than 250 years ago and is the world's first pink champagne. It still maintains excellent quality.
The grapes are hand-picked from the first-class vineyards, mainly Sillery and Brimont, which are also the ancestral homes of the Ruinart family.
Ruinart Rose is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The color of the wine is a light gold blend of rose petals, and the bubbles are delicate and swirl in the glass. The elegant aroma dominated by gooseberries and red berries is refreshing. The taste after entering the mouth is balanced, elegant and fresh. The silk-like tannins extend the rich fruit flavor and the aftertaste is long.

Excellent freshness to this delicately fruity and refreshing rosé Champagne. Notes of pomegranate, grapefruits, pink-berry fruit and a touch of fresh croissant. Lively and very drinkable. 45% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 25% meunier, including 14% red wine. Based on the 2021 vintage, with around 37% reserve wines.

(55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay; 9 g/l dosage; LAH9V): Lightorange. Sharply focused red berry and tangerine scents are complicatedby suggestions of allspice and cinnamon, with a hint of smokiness in thebackground. Sappy and minerally on the palate, offering fresh strawberryand blood orange flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Packs a serious punch butcarries no excess weight and finishes stony and very long, with echoing redberry character.

The latest rendition of Ruinart’s NV Brut Rosé evokes aromas of blood orange, red berries, flowers and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, round and supple, it’s elegant with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and a long, delicate finish. There’s no reason to wait.
