SAKURAO DISTILLERY
Born from the gentle sunlight and fresh sea breeze of the Seto Inland Sea The area around the Seto Inland Sea has a lush warm climate that is perfect for growing citrus fruits.Navel oranges have a rich color that is reminiscent of a glorious sunset and a sweet and mellow fragrance. These oranges are grown among the gentle sunlight and fresh sea breeze of the Seto Inland Sea.Made from carefully selected local ingredients from Hiroshima using a traditional distillation method,
SAKURAO GIN has now been given an even higher level of flavor by adding the refreshing sweetness of Hiroshima navel oranges. This results in a gin liqueur that presents the perfect harmony between fragrant navel oranges and a juniper berry aftertaste.

The aroma of Miyajima’s blessings of nature
In midsummer, the Hamagou’s vibrant purple flowers bloom on the seaside. The fresh fragrance of Hamagou was used as incense from long ago. Many Hamagou grow naturally in Miyajima, a World Heritage Site located near The SAKURAO DISTILLERY.Miyajima has been conseved and left the nature of the Seto Inland Sea.We have added Hamagou, that grows in this “Botanical heaven”,along with other botanicals from Hiroshima, distilled in a traditional way. Please enjoy the fresh fragrance and rich flavor of HAMAGOU the 7th batch.
