🔎 在超托(Super Tuscan)有家極速冒起的酒莊，他就是Caiarossa （意大利語即紅土的意思）酒莊只係從1998開始，短短只用了廿年時間便快速打入了全球酒商的Fine Wine酒單當中，一般酒王的誕生無番幾十年的蹉跎歲月都唔駛旨意，而Caiarossa快速冒起的原因就係有個強大的幕後推手，酒莊在2004年被荷蘭企業家Eric Albada Jelgersma收購了，呢位仁兄我地亦曾介紹過，就係同時擁有法國瑪歌3級莊美人魚Giscours和5級莊 Du Tertre的莊主，而前莊主Jan Theys因篤信東方的風水學，所以在建構酒莊時混入了大量風水元素，例如將酒窖建於山峰和山谷正中位置，被認為能量最高的地方，外牆油成紅色，而裡頭則以黃色為主，分別代表著太場和土壤，而酒莊更裝置大窗戶，以便引入陽光☀ ☀的正能量，Caiarossa 的釀酒理念是與自然達成和諧平衡的狀態，善用大自然的能量，釀造出天人合一的酒王🍷
💁♂️酒莊位於Tuscan海岸Val di Cecina (Cecina River valley)的Riparbella，採用有機種植🌱 持有Demeter和Ecocert雙認証📜 不用化學製品，甚至連除草劑也不用，採用人工、自然方式工作，不用機器，也導入了生物動力法，採用天然酵母，而農務工作全跟著曆法而行， 在酒莊未成立之前👍 該地段的土壤多樣性潛力已被充份調查出來，Chalk、Sandstone、Calcareous / Iron-rich clay 包羅萬有，分佈了多個不同地段，酒莊按著不同地段的特性種植最適合的葡萄品種，以發揮土地和葡萄品種的最大潛能，土讓複雜性成就了Caiarossa 絕佳的風土，而在人方面，之前曾介紹過幫助打理Giscours 年輕又能幹的經理Alexander Van Beek，配上年輕法籍釀酒師Dominique Genot，而葡萄種植和篩選則是由Julian Reneaud負責，一隊年輕、活力、充滿熱誠的團隊推使Caiarossa在國際的名聲不斷提高，成為炙手可熱的超托新星⭐ ⭐
Caiarossa是酒莊的旗艦酒款💎 集合了Sangiovese、Cabernet Franc、Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon、Alicante和Syrah 等7種葡萄混釀而成，酒標用上希臘酒神 Dionysus的頭像，每年都獲得各酒評家極高分的評價，天人合一的酒王就是 The Forces of Earth，Grape and Man ，而2010年也是高分年份而更適飲，各位酒友要飲好野係時候啦😋 😋

A full-bodied red with so much ripe berry and plum fruit that it verges onjammy, yet it turns out velvety and delicious. Will improve with age. A blendof cabernet franc, merlot, sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, syrah,and alicante. Made from biodynamically grown grapes.

An IGT Toscana blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon,Petit Verdot, Syrah and Alicante, the 2010 Caiarossa is a tremendous wine. Thebouquet is rich and compelling with deep layers of dark fruit, spice andchocolate. Given the complexity of the blend, it's hard to identify any singlevariety although the softness of Merlot and the structure of the two Cabernetgrapes definitely comes through in the mouth.

A blend of seven grapes (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah,Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Alicante), this elegantly structured wine openswith aromas of toast, coffee, black pepper and dark-skinned fruit. The polishedpalate offers black cherries, espresso, mocha and oak-driven spice alongsidefirm but refined tannins.

Bright deep ruby. Enticing aromas of dark red cherry, sweet pipe tobacco,aromatic spices and mocha, plus a strong note of vanilla. Rich and dense on thepalate, with rich, ripe red cherry and smoky herb flavors supported byoak-driven tannins on the smooth, long finish. I’m a big fan of this estate’swines, which offer a Bordeaux touch to their Tuscan power and flesh (theproprietor also owns Chateau Giscours and du Tertre in Margaux). That said, Ireally wish Caiarossa also bottled a pure cabernet franc wine, as out of barrelthis juice has always struck me as by far the best in their cellar.
