Chateau Belair-Monange 坐落於波爾多右岸的Saint-Emilion產區。在2008年,Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix(簡稱JPM集團)將 Chateau Belair-Monange收入囊中。JPM集團旗下有著位於 Pomerol 的帕圖斯之花酒莊(Chateau La Fleur-Petrus)和卓龍酒莊(Chateau Trotanoy),凱歌酒莊(Chateau Hosanna)、普洛威頓斯酒莊 (Chateau Providence)和位於美國納帕谷(Napa Valley)的多明納斯酒莊 (Dominus Estate)、尤利西斯(Ulysses)等眾多頂級名莊。




在收購寶雅酒莊後,JPM集團家族迅速對酒莊的葡萄園、酒窖和城堡進行了全面修繕,致力於讓酒莊恢復至頂峰水準。2012年,JPM集團將旗下聖愛美隆一級B等酒莊瑪格萊娜酒莊(Chateau Magdelaine)與寶雅酒莊合併,並取 Jean-Pierre Moueix 母親的婚前姓氏“Monange”,將酒莊名字由原來的“Chateau Belair”更改為“Chateau Belair-Monange”,由此將寶雅酒莊帶入新的發展階段。經過不懈的努力,在2012年的聖愛美隆分級中,寶雅莊園(Chateau Belair-Monange) 成功晉級為 Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classe B。




“出色的葡萄酒始於優質的釀酒葡萄,只有悉心照料葡萄園並最大限度地尊重大自然才能達到這一目標。”這是JPM集團秉持的釀酒理念。酒莊團隊實行“理性種植法(Culture Raisonnee)”,這個和我們平常見到的Organic 種植方式不些許同,不但完全不採用農藥噴灑,而且還根據月相、太陽等天文要素來決定採摘時機,根據不同年份的天氣狀況對種植方式作出相應的調整。當葡萄達到最佳成熟度時,經驗豐富的採摘工人們才會開始採摘。所收穫的葡萄先後經歷人工和光學分揀儀兩道篩選工序,只有品質達標的釀酒葡萄才能進入釀酒環節。精選的葡萄隨後置入混凝土罐和不銹鋼罐中發酵,該過程十分精細,不過多提取單寧物質,以更好地保留純淨的果味和不同地塊的風土特徵。發酵完畢的酒液會轉移至新桶比例為50%的橡木桶中陳釀16-18個月,繼而裝瓶上市。酒莊現在由 Edouard Moueix 管理,在 2012年酒莊已經升級為 Premier Grand Cru Classe B,質量毋庸置疑。




值得注意的是, "Belair"一詞可謂是整個波爾多酒莊重名幾率最高的名字之一,整個波爾多約有二十多家酒莊名字裏帶有 "Belair" ,這些酒莊涵蓋大區級、地區級和村莊級AOC。各位酒友在選酒時一定要看清楚酒莊全名。

Chateau Belair Monange 酒色濃郁,帶著黑樹莓、黑醋栗、黑布冧、藍莓批的濃郁香甜,摩卡咖啡、雪茄、雪松和香草莢的香氣中,還夾雜著一絲煙草和紅茶的味道。口感醇厚,帶有大量黑色水果的味道,飽滿的酒體,單寧柔軟,回味悠長。

Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Belair Monange gives up cedar chest and vanilla pod notes over a core of baked plums, kirsch, blueberry pie and mocha plus wafts of tobacco and stewed tea. Full-bodied, the palate is still quite oaky with a good amount of black fruit preserves to back it up and a firm structure, finishing just a tad woody. Still very youthful, I imagine this oak will fall into line with another five years in bottle.

Aromas of berries, chili and a hint of toasted oak. Full body, with velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Juicy and beautiful. Really builds on the palate. One of the best wines ever from here. Super quality. 


🏅 Wine Enthusiast 95 pts

A big, complex wine from this continually improving property, this is now performing at its classed-growth level with concentrated ripe berry fruits and chocolate flavors. The wood aging is still showing through and needs time to integrate better, but as it does, this will be a great wine.

Solidly built, with the chalky spine running from start to finish, while the core of red currant, raspberry and black cherry fruit is held in reserve. Shows a lovely floral flash through the finish, where the chalky edge really starts to emerge.


🏅 Vinous 92 pts

The 2010 Belair-Monange is beginning to fulfill its potential. The bouquet is well defined with copious black and red fruit laced with graphite and undergrowth. The palate is medium-bodied and like many 2010s its firm structure is in place, as well as ample freshness thanks to its natural acidity. There is just a touch of sappiness towards the finish where I would just like to see more mineralitE develop and I suspect it will. One to watch, so give it another three or four years in bottle.
