It reveals notes of blackberry jam and plum associated with a hint of red cherry jam, chocolate as well as a discreet note of licorice, toasted / vanilla and a slight hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers freshness, a small juiciness, suavity, a nice definition / precision as well as an unctuous and slightly silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, plum and slight notes of black cherry jam associated with small touches of dark chocolate on the persistence. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.

💁‍♂️ 一家列級莊的獨特之處首先在於其優質的土壤。葡萄園總面積達42公頃，地處石灰土質的高地，土壤本身能夠通過自然漫流而達到很好的排水效果，加上位於高海拔地段令它的氣溫比起同區平地段較為涼爽，減慢葡萄過熟，這亦有助種出優質的葡萄👍

酒莊自17世紀建立以來，僅在1987年由第一任莊主 Elie de Betoularud 後代轉手給 Baron Bich。目前由現任莊主 Pualine Bich Chadon-Moet 與先生 Philippe Chadon-Moet 共同經營。也因為他們轉手後努力的經營，終於在2012年在 St. Emilion 的分級制中躍升為同區唯一一間的 Grand Cru Classe酒莊

💁 尊重自然環境是酒莊一直的理念，耕種過程中不使用任何除草劑，而酒莊亦已得到了生態環境種植協會“Terra Vitis”的認證。

🍷 在這裡, 每一個工序都是一絲不苟🙌 單單講葡萄的採摘就已經會分兩次揀選：首先是手工揀選，然後再進行第二輪的光學揀選 (利用地心吸力的原理)。接著，在龐大的酒窖中，將得到的全部葡萄酒在橡木桶中進行澄清。桶中的陳釀時間為12至16個月，50％為法國新橡木桶，而在整個釀造過程中，每一批酒都會多次進行調兌試驗。單單工序的嚴謹性，已能預知得到葡萄酒的品質 

📝 實試紀錄 : 高比例的Merlot令其果香更加突出明顯👍 櫻桃、藍莓、黑醋栗，還有紫花香氣慢慢從瓶口滲出。入口首先是明顯的朱古力和甘草，伴隨著點點白胡椒的辛辣。過了45分鐘多了烤面包、草和礦物感。酒體豐厚，口感持久，單寧柔滑優雅。

Very beautiful purity of fruit on the nose with currant, cherry, blackberry and dried lavender. Full-bodied, yet balanced and refined with beautiful, fine tannins and a fresh, vivid finish. I am impressed with the intensity and balance to this wine. Best ever? Try after 2026.

Brilliant ruby. Ripe red and blue fruits, candied flowers and garrigue onthe highly expressive, spice-accented nose. Appealingly sweet and fleshy onthe palate, offering juicy Chambord, boysenberry and spicecake flavorsthat firm up slowly through the back half. Finishes with strong, gentlytannic persistence, leaving sappy red fruit and succulent herb notesbehind.
