Chateau Latour Martillac Blanc 2019 拉圖瑪提堡白酒 Pessac Leognan 《風土系列 - ZTF025A》

Chateau Latour-Martillac (拉圖瑪提堡) 是Pessac Leognan產區的知名列級酒莊，是區內16家列級莊當中6家紅白酒均能入選列級行列之一。由Kressmann家族管理至第四代，現在由Tristan 和 Loic接手管理，曾經聘用過Michel Rolland 👨🏻‍🦳和已故白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu為釀酒顧問，為今天高品質的出品奠定了良好的基礎。酒莊的紅白酒款，多年來也能取悅各大酒評家，是高分常客。

實試報告:

開瓶帶上檸檬、白桃、柑橘、西柚及接骨木花等香氣，香氣集中自然。入口帶上青檸、柚皮、creamy、toasty及礦物味道。整體平衡細緻，酒體飽滿集中，酸度良好，層次具複雜性，感受舒服、回甘能感受絲絲海鹽感、餘韻細長。此酒現在適飲，也適合陳存。用來配襯海鮮、意粉更見相得益彰。

A medium- to full-bodied white with aromas of dried grapefruit, lemon curd, fennel, gooseberries and cloves. Rich, compact and spicy with a pithy edge. Drink or hold.

🏅 Vinous 92-94 pts

The 2019 Latour-Martillac Blanc was picked from 3 to 17 September at50hl/ha and matured in 25% new oak. lt has a crisp green apple andlemon thyme scented bouquet, introverted at first but it gradually finds itsvoice. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity. Subtle tropical notesof pineapple and orange rind with hints of strawberry come through onthe finish. Excellent.
