Chateau Cote de Baleau貝露酒莊，地處法國波爾多右岸的Saint Emilion產區，是Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe之一。

貝露酒莊的歷史可以追溯到路易十四（Louis XIV）統治期間，於1643年正式成立。當時，路易十四將酒莊的葡萄園賜給了Reiffers家族的一位士兵，以表彰其功績。此後的兩百多年間，貝露酒莊一直屬於該家族名下。2013年，Clos Fourtet和Chateau Poujeaux的擁有者——Cuvelier家族將貝露酒莊收歸旗下，成為這座聖埃美隆列級莊的新主人，也是酒莊的現任主人。

貝露酒莊的葡萄園占地18公頃，園內種有80%的Merlot、15%的Cabernet Franc和5%的Cabernet Sauvignon，葡萄藤平均樹齡約為35年，土壤以黏土和石灰岩為主。為了釀造高品質的葡萄酒，莊主在葡萄園的管理方面投入了大量的資本和心血，還聘請了“飛行的釀酒師”-Michel Rolland擔任釀酒顧問。從1998年起，酒莊開始逐步實施重植計畫，新種植的葡萄藤密度達到每公頃8,500株。葡萄成熟後，酒莊會派人進行手工採摘，將葡萄在10℃的溫度下冷浸漬4天，接下來放入不銹鋼罐中進行發酵，發酵完成的葡萄酒會在50%新的法國橡木桶中陳釀18個月左右。

貝露酒莊出產的葡萄酒，口感濃郁，優雅十足，Merlot、Cabernet Franc和 Cabernet Sauvignon的完美組合，使酒體更加飽滿，極具Saint Emilion的風格。自面市以來贏得了諸多酒評家和酒評機構的好評，有多個年份表現出色，曾多次獲得《Falstaff Magazine》和Antonio Galloni90分以上的好評。

Red fruit, blackcurrants and vanilla. Full-bodied with firm tannins and a fleshy texture. Mellow, but with a certain structure due to the wood. Clean, medium-long finish.

The 2020 Cote de Baleau is a beautiful, expressive wine that marries the natural intensity of the year with the sense of classicism that is such a signature.Medium in body,the Cote de Baleau has a bit more mid-palate depth this year, not a bad thing, to match its rather dark-ish personality.Hints of gravel, lavender, spice and dried flowers linger.This is an especially fine vintage.

A ripe, full-bodied wine, this has rich tannins and plenty of spicy character from the wood aging. It is dense, structured with powerful black fruits and a generous, velvet texture. The wine has enough structure to age well.
