🔍來自斗羅河岸頂級酒莊之一的Emilion Moro酒莊的現任莊主José Moro說： “It is the ALMA MATER, it’s my father… And that’s it”。因此他非常自豪用上父親Emilio Moro名字來為此酒命名，同時將父親和自己兒時一起在葡萄園中勞動的照片添加在酒標，據他說自己從5歲開始就已經協助父親採收葡萄。

這款Emilio Moro 的2017年份曾在Wine Spectator Top 100中排名第#59位，要知道Wine Spectator Top 100 公信力非同小可，而Emilio Moro也是同區唯一一款上榜的酒。

選用斗羅三種不同的土壤，出自樹齡從15歲到25歲之間的葡萄園，採用15天帶皮浸漬後發酵，之後在陳年的美國和法國橡木桶中陳釀12個月。

The 2021 Emilio Moro is a 100% Tempranilo from Ribera del Duero and was aged in 50% American and 50% Frenchoak barrels. Garnet-red in hue. The aromas feature red fruit with balsamic notes against a fairly oaky backdrop. Dryand juicy, the mild palate has plenty of fruity flavor. This is a tasty Ribera red.
