帕圖斯之花酒莊(Chateau La Fleur Petrus)位於法國波爾多的波美侯(Pomerol)產區,地處花堡(Chateau Lafleur)和帕圖斯酒莊(Petrus)兩個酒莊中間,因而得名「帕圖斯之花」。擁有卓越風土的它出產著精緻、優雅和複雜的葡萄酒,被視為是波美侯產區的典範。
帕圖斯之花酒莊的歷史可追溯至18世紀,悠久的歷史賦予它深厚的葡萄酒文化底蘊。 1950年,酒莊被 Jean-Pierre Moueix 購入麾下。彼時的讓皮耶手下有一家葡萄酒貿易公司,專注於分銷波美侯以及聖埃美隆產區的優質葡萄酒。帕圖斯之花酒莊是他收購的第一家酒莊,之後,他又陸續購入了瑪格萊娜酒莊(Chateau Magdelaine)以及卓龍酒莊(Chateau Trotanoy)等名莊。在 Jean-Pierre 和家族後代的努力下,如今的 Moueix 家族已成為波爾多最有影響力的葡萄酒家族之一,旗下擁有數所酒莊,被視為是帶領法國波美侯和聖埃美隆產區崛起的先鋒。目前,這座波美侯名莊仍由 Moueix 家族掌管,用心釀造每一款葡萄酒。
帕圖斯之花酒莊的葡萄園坐落於極負盛名的波美侯高地上,風土卓越。其葡萄園共佔地18.7公頃,土壤以深層黏土和礫石為主,底土富含鐵元素。酒莊團隊將葡萄園劃分為3大地塊:北部地塊含有較多鵝卵石,由其出產的葡萄釀成的葡萄酒口感精緻且優雅;中部地塊夏季氣候較為炎熱,出產的葡萄酒極為柔順;南部地塊所產葡萄釀製的葡萄酒口感如天鵝絨般柔滑,風味濃鬱,結構感強。酒莊團隊因地制宜,在園內種植了91%梅洛(Merlot)、6%品麗珠(Cabernet Franc)和3%味而多(Petit Verdot)。
Moueix 家族的釀酒理念是:要釀造出色的葡萄酒,就要從優質的釀酒葡萄開始,只有透過細心照料葡萄園並最大限度地尊重大自然才能實現這一目標。酒莊的釀酒團隊與長期合作的工人互相配合,用心照顧每一棵葡萄藤的生長。當葡萄達到最佳成熟度時,他們會以人工採摘的方式收穫葡萄,並採用人工和光學分揀儀兩道篩選工序,以確保僅有優質的釀酒葡萄進入下一工序。
在釀造車間內,酒莊團隊使用控溫混凝土罐和不銹鋼罐進行發酵,並以柔和的方式萃取單寧、色素及風味物質,力求保留純淨的果味特徵和展現不同地塊的風土特質。發酵完畢的葡萄酒液會被置於法國橡木桶(50%為新桶)中陳年16-18個月後方會裝瓶發售。
This is very ripe with loads of sweet fruit with dark and milk chocolate, berries, but then turns to black olives. It’s full and compacted with fabulously fine tannins and a terrific finish. It’s subtle and very, very long. Perfection?

Medium to deep garnet colored, the 2009 la Fleur-Pétrus rolls out of the glass with sensuous kirsch, black cherry preserves and chocolate box scents with touches of unsmoked cigars, dried mint and star anise. Full-bodied, rich and opulently fruited in the mouth, it has beautiful red fruit sparks and a finely grained frame, finishing long and lively.

The 2009 La Fleur-Pétrus is tightly wound on the nose at first with plentyof black truffle infused red fruit, crushed rose petals and veins of darkchocolate, but it does not quite possess the amplitude of say, the 2009 LeGay. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grip and good tension. Purered and black fruit intermingle with balsamic and white pepper notes,displaying fine precision and length.
