Les Parcellaires de Saulx 位於 Meursault 村，是一家歷史非常年輕的酒商卻迅速走紅，得到非常好的名聲和評價！

酒莊由一對美國夫婦Denise Dupre和Mark Nunnelly夥拍法國商人 Jean Luc Vitoux 在2017年創立，被酒界譽為「高級私人訂制酒商」，有別於其他布根地酒商，酒莊只找有機或生物動力法的葡萄農合作，而且不會在任何Blending，奉行一葡萄農一地一酒，尊重並充份反映每個葡萄農的個人特色和布根地迷人Climat 的多樣性。酒莊不會採用全新桶，藉此不想橡木桶蓋過了酒的本質，此酒莊絶對值得一眾布根地酒迷留意!l 和新股東意見不合，所以他徹底離開了他一手創建的 David Powell，現任莊主為 Pete Kight。

產區 Region

Les Corbeaux 是金丘唯一以「渡鴉」命名的地塊。依照記載，這塊一級園在中世紀曾是墓園，故而引發人們對渡鴉的聯想。也有人猜測此名應該來自「凹陷」的古字，暗示這裡略為凹陷的地形。就地質而言，Les Corbeaux 與相鄰的 Mazis-Chambertin 如出一徹，但更接近山谷出口，在炎熱天氣下受益於冷風，能產出更具酸度和層次的葡萄，因此酒款比起一般 Gevrey 更顯輕盈優雅。
