Gevrey Chambertin

Gevrey Chambertin 熱夫雷香貝丹是法國勃艮第夜丘（Cote de Nuits）產區非常著名的村莊，位於第戎（Dijon）南部，東邊是平坦開闊的撒安納（Saone）平原，勃艮第（Burgundy）最優質的紅葡萄酒產區之一。在各Burgundy村莊之中，它的酒體濃厚，結構紮實，顏色較深，橡木桶味道也比較重。因此，Gevrey-Chambertin 往往被形容為男性化的葡萄酒，難怪 Chambertin Grand Cru 會被稱為葡萄酒中的國王 “King of Wines”，而 Musigny Grand Cru 則被稱為葡萄酒中的王后 “Queen of Wines”。

在葡萄酒法定產區概念中，Gevrey Chambertin 村和布羅雄（Brochon）出品的葡萄酒都可以冠名 Gevrey Chambertin，但前提是它們必須符合法定產區的有關規定，同時 Gevrey Chambertin的名字只能應用於紅葡萄酒。

Gevrey Chambertin 的葡萄種植歷史非常悠久，早在西元6世紀就有明確的葡萄種植記載。100多年前，Gevrey Chambertin 還僅僅被稱為熱夫雷（Gevrey）。到了1847年，當時的市長路易士-菲力浦（Louis Phillippe）將村中最為著名的葡萄園——香貝丹（Chambertin）的名字冠於村名之上，將村名變更為 Gevrey Chambertin。

Gevrey Chambertin 是 Cote de Nuits 最大的村莊，總面積超過 500 公頃。更擁有9塊 Grand Crus 特級田共計87.28公頃，26塊 Premier Crus 一級田80.52公頃。其中一些一級田的品質極高，比如聖雅園（Clos Saint-Jacques），是淩駕于很多特級田的存在。
