安東尼世家（Marchesi Antinori）是世界第一葡萄酒世家，歷經26 代家族傳承，從事葡萄酒事業已經 1000 年。而他們家的天娜（Tignanello）葡萄酒是第一款“超級托斯卡納（Super Tuscana）”（雖然跟Sassicaia有爭議），但他的誕生標誌著當代義大利葡萄酒釀造革命的成功，讓托斯卡納產區的葡萄酒釀造進入了一個全新的階段，同時也在意大利葡萄酒發展史上寫下了濃墨重彩的一筆。當時，義大利第一葡萄酒家族安東尼世家為了提升葡萄酒的品質，打破Tuscana產區Chianti地區葡萄配比的規定，放棄在釀造過程中加入白葡萄的傳統做法而引入法國的葡萄並改用嶄新的法國小橡木桶代替傳統的大橡木桶來對葡萄酒進行陳釀，釀造出了品質可以與法國列級酒莊頂級酒媲美的Tignanello，開創了托斯卡納葡萄酒釀造的新時代，並且代表義大利獲得了全球性的榮譽和一致認可。

Villa Antinori 是 Antinori 在村子裏位於 San Cristina 的別墅名字，Niccolò Antinori 在 1928 年決定以他們別墅的名字來命名當時最重要的酒，Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva 就是這樣誕生的，直到現在，Villa Antinori已是有百年歷史的酒莊，而旗下就只專注做這一紅一白酒款，這瓶是Villa Antinori的紅酒, 第一個年份追索到1928年，由Marchese Niccolò Antinori所釀造，時至今日這一款紅酒的釀造需要浸皮長達15天，乳酸後置入小型橡木桶熟成。

此酒被視為可窖藏長時間的酒款，它以Sangiovese為主，櫻桃味道成熟，野莓、李子、木質、皮革、甜香料等氣味，酒體架構更為結實，餘韻較長，可以直攻煎牛排的紅酒。

This wine sees its fruit sourced from multiple villages: San Casciano, Gaiole, Castellina and Greve. The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Villa Antinori is not married to a specific subzone of the appellation because it seeks to embrace a house style rather than a vineyard identity. Aged in tonneaux with some barrique, the wine is rich and lasting but not large. In fact, it remains elegant on the palate with fine tannins and good fruit tension with cherry and blue flowers.

The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Villa Antinori is laced with black cherry, plum, new leather, licorice and spice. Ample and expansive in feel, the 2021 is wonderfully generous, not to mention incredibly delicious. Fruit sources are from some of the most coveted sites in the appellation.
