The wine is brewed at Nuiton Beaunoy winery, a member of the Vignerons Associes cooperative. The goal of this cooperative is to provide high-quality wines to consumers at reasonable prices and to bring a sense of accomplishment to the winemakers and employees in the member wineries. The winery has been established since 1957 and is located in the Cote d’Or region. Now the winery’s grape fields in Burgundy cover up to more than 50 villages with a total area of ​​456 hectares. The wines produced range from Regional to Villages to Premier Crus and Grands Crus. Pommard is the representative vineyard of Burgundy, covering an area of ​​about 340 hectares, and has been considered the “flower of Bernese wine” since the Middle Ages.
