Pelassa 的甜蜜鳥 Moscato 多年來的高性價比又甜而不膩，相信是很多酒友的 House wine 之一。

而高質的原因其實是 Pelassa 本身都是一間高分 Piedmont 酒莊，所以今天我們再引入他的旗艦系列，等大家感受一下 Barolo 浪漫酒莊的實力～

Pelassa 近年慢慢也被各大酒評留意到，2011年起 Wine Advocate 開始為 Pelassa 評分

2011 年起 Wine Advocate 的 25 次評分中只有 4 款酒的 5 個評分沒有 90 分！

2014 年起 James Suckling 對 10 個酒款的 21 次評分中，更只有 1 款入門款的 3 次評分沒有90分！

Wine Advocate 的 Monica Larner 在試完一系列後更加高度讚賞：

Arneis 阿内斯主要種在意北的 Roero，在早期是酒王 Barolo 葡萄 Nebbiolo 的配角，當時會加入部份去柔化 Barolo，所以又有 Nebbiolo bianco、Barolo bianco、white Barolo 的稱呼。在適當的處理下，intensity 雖不高但有複雜的白花、桃、檸檬香氣。酸度不高，可在木桶陳熟造出更厚身 creamy 的風格，也有很少數的酒莊生產晚收的甜型 Arneis Passito，像 Pinot Grigio 或某些意大利白酒一樣，是一種 subtle 得來 fine 的典型意大利白酒風格～意大利佔了 95% 的 Arneis 產量，而最重要的就是 Roero Arneis DOCG，產區規定至少以 95% Arneis 釀成。

Pelassa 這款 Roero Arneis DOCG 是 2020 年的全新酒款，on lees 陳熟 9 個月，定時攪桶 batonnage，最後過濾後裝瓶再陳熟 6 個月後推出市場。

Pineapples, mangoes, pear blossom and almonds on the nose, with salty undertones. Nicely textured and creamy with a medium body, fresh acidity and almond notes at the end. Drink now.
