Pierre Gelin Gevrey Chambertin Clos de Meixvelle 2015 梅克斯維爾獨佔園《TF075A》

這間百年家族酒莊在 1925 年由 Pierre Gelin 創立，1969 傳給兒子 Stéphen Gelin，第三代孫子的 Pierre Emmanuel Gelin 在 2000 年已加入團隊，在 2008 正式接棒釀造自己的第一個年份。

年輕的 Emmanuel 更重視環保，奉行有機耕作，也取得了認證，又會以天然的雨水清洗拖拉機，更安裝了一個容器來處理用於沖洗使用過二氧化硫的設備的水。發酵室也設有篩網和污泥去除器，等釀酒的廢水不會排入公共排水系統內。釀酒工藝和風格傳統經典得來也會以可取的新技術去不斷提升酒質。新桶比例根據分級調整，整體不會太高，以保持風土特質的平衡～

This is markedly earthier with plenty of sauvage, humus and forest floor characters adding interest to the red and dark pinot fruit aromas. Once again the mouth feel of the medium weight flavors is quite sleek with good richness, all wrapped in a solidly complex and persistent finale. This is on the refined side but I underscore that it's refined in the context of what is typical for a Gevrey villages. Recommended.
