酒莊 Winery

酒莊歷史始於 1832年，於2014年是它的一個重要轉捩點🔀 酒莊佔地46公頃也是Lalande de Pomerol 區內最大的酒莊，酒莊跟Pomerol 最頂級的Petrus 亦只是相隔1km。本應是大有作為，但無奈酒途卻是浮浮沉沉。

產區 Region

其實Chateau Siurac 風土條件頗具優勢的，從文件記載：「Chateau Siaurac is only separated from the first great growths of Pomerol by a tiny trickle of water called the Barbane」。說2014年是酒莊的轉捩點全因在這一年Latour 的莊主Francois Pinault 及他的公司 Artemis Group 入股莊園，自始Chateau Siaurac 得到了一級莊強大的技術、人材支援和海量的資金，來自拉圖的技術團隊女農學家 Penelope Godefroy 接手管理葡萄園，而且背後還有前Petrus 釀酒師 Jean-Claude Berrouet 提供意見，她倆第一項工作就係將酒莊轉為Organic 及Biodyamic

2016年是 Penelope Godefroy 釀造的第3個年份，表現可稱得上為脫胎換骨，也逐漸得到認同。証明資金及技術的投放得到了預期的得益! 但價錢仍保持一貫的合理價格，也同樣可以說是飲家的得益。

Bright flowers and attractive red berries on offer here with a really succulent, velvety palate that offers rich red-plum flavors. Long and juicy resolve. A blend of 74 per cent merlot, 19 per cent cabernet franc and seven per cent malbec.
