酒莊 Winery

Tua Rita 圖麗塔酒莊是由 Rita 與 Virglilio 兩夫婦在1984年成立，位於 Toscana 托斯卡納沿海地帶的Maremma 產區，坐落在 Notri 村，最初葡萄園的規模只有2公頃，以其出色的品質和極低的產量，是當時義大利著名的車庫酒莊。

1994年第一次少量小桶釀造的 Redigaffi 用100% Merlot 問世，隨後酒莊就獲得巨星般的地位，2000年的年份更成為了有史以來第一隻被 Robert Parker 評價100分的義大利葡萄酒，被 Wine Lister 評選為 Toscana 25強 label。聘請了義大利最好的釀酒諮詢師 Riccardo Cotarella, Luca d'Attoma 和 Stefano Chioccioli，十年左右的時間，葡萄園的種植面積已增至9公頃，然後到了20公頃，2010年由他們的女兒 Simena 接手管理，至今葡萄園的面積已增至30公頃，產量也大幅增加。

在釀酒方面，圖麗塔酒莊聘請了義大利一些最好的釀酒諮詢師：Riccardo Cotarella、Luca d'Attoma和Stefano Chioccioli。其釀酒所使用的原料都是成熟度佳的葡萄，在發酵過程完成後，會在酒桶中陳年16到18個月，裝瓶前不進行過濾。

產區 Region

圖麗塔酒莊的葡萄園土壤屬於質感適中的粘質土壤，且有豐富的微量元素如鐵與鋅，這為該酒莊生產的葡萄酒賦予了"當地特色的礦物質風味"。園裡種植的葡萄品種有梅洛（Merlot）、赤霞珠 (Cabernet Sauvignon)、品麗珠(Cabernet Franc)和桑嬌維塞(Sangiovese)。葡萄樹的平均樹齡為12年，植株的種植密度為8,000株/公頃。

有關釀造 Winemaking

Keir 是一複雜且珍稀的酒款。這是酒莊首次以陶甕精釀出來的酒款。採幾乎已在葡萄酒文化中失傳的方法來釀造，有強化和提升葡萄本身特性的效果。先於赤陶甕桶中浸皮6個月。續於使用過的法國橡木桶中陳釀約6個月，於夏季裝瓶，瓶陳數月後上市。

Lots of syrah meaty character here, together with fresh and dried flowers. Really perfumed. Medium-to full-bodied with very fine tannins and a long, long finish. This is the really deal. Six months on the skin. Amphora.

The 2020 Syrah Keir offers up a heady mix of intense dark fruit, herbs,mint, spice and lavender. Deep and layered in the glass, the 2020possesses notable textural depth yet remains light on its feet. The longsustained finish is super-attractive. Readers will find a quintessentialcontemporary Tua Rita wine.
