成立於1960年的澤納多酒莊（Zenato），是意大利東北區維內托（Veneto）的頂級名莊，出產的酒款品質極佳。創辦人Sergio Zenato受父親Silvino激發，於1960年創立酒莊，致力原生葡萄品種的栽培，延續傳統採收與工法，嘗試新興釀造技術，野心勃勃，迅速成功立名，近年發展為富波里契拉(Valpolicella)產區數一數二的優質酒莊。時至今日，酒莊的釀酒歷史已超過50年，Sergio與妻子Carla及家族第二代成員Alberto和Nadia仍持續秉持相同的熱情、無比的毅力和辛勤的付出。酒莊生產酒款兩度榮獲WS世界百大酒款與James Suckling Top100百大意大利酒，無數的高分肯定與榮耀使WS國際酒評雜誌在2014年加冕Zenato為意大利TOP100百大酒莊之一。意大利葡萄酒權威評鑑Gambero rosso 滿分三個酒杯達10次以上的高度肯定。

產區 Region


酒莊位於意大利最大湖泊(Lago di Garda)加達湖南方，以生產優質的阿瑪洛內(Amarone）和富波里契拉(Valpolicella)著稱，屢獲國際酒評青睞。酒莊擁有75公頃的葡萄園，以著名的盧加納(Lugana)白酒產區以及向東延伸的富波里契拉(Valpolicella)紅酒產區為起源地。酒莊的核心和靈魂此區的古老冰磧土層中，這片土地得利於湖泊的調節，有著溫和的氣候和無與倫比的魅力。此處培育有超過40公頃的Trebbiano di Lugana葡萄藤，早在1960年時，當眾人皆不看好此品種時，年輕的Sergio Zenato即獨具慧眼來專注培育此深具潛力的原生葡萄品種，使其成為非常好的白酒，並拿到DOC產區分級認證。

有關釀造 Winemaking 

採收後，經過精細篩選的葡萄被放於通風良好的房間風乾3-4個月，直到一月後才進行緩慢發酵，榨汁後浸皮15-20天，桶陳36個月。

This opulent Amarone offers an alluring fragrance of dark fruit, raisin and toasted notes. The lush palate delivers black cherry, vanilla, black pepper and nutmeg flavors, with a hint of oak and tobacco. This is incredibly smooth, with velvety tannins.


Vinous 92 pts 

Sweet tobacco, plums, cherries, incense and grilled herb notes waft from the glass in the 2009 Amarone dellaValpolicella Classico. Soft and accessible, the 2009 doesn't look to be one of the most ageworthy wines to emergefrom this cellar, but it is absolutely delicious today, and what is wrong with that? l expect this vivid, expressiveAmarone will drink well for the better part of the decade.
