奈哈克酒莊（Chateau Nairac）位於法國波爾多(Bordeaux)產區毗鄰加隆河，地理位置優越，由維克特·路易斯（Victor Louis）建於18世紀70年代，屬於蘇玳和巴薩克分級制的二級莊。       

1777年，伊利斯·奈哈克（Elysee Nairac）先生從伊莉莎白·普羅斯特（Elizabeth Prost）手中買下了酒莊，將酒莊命名為奈哈克。隨後在哈奈克帶領下酒莊建立起了新的城堡，由當時著名建築師讓·莫裏哀（Jean Mollie）設計。1837年，當時博思岱酒莊（Chateau Broustet）的主人博瑪·卡德維（Bemard Capdeville）買下酒莊，在他的管理期間，奈哈克被評為蘇玳和巴薩克二級莊。       

1861年，卡德維去世後，酒莊經過多次轉手，期間一度衰落，直至1971年，桐木·赫特（Tom Heet）接管酒莊後才出現轉機。湯姆和尼克·塔利（Nicole Tari）花費三年的時間修繕酒莊，改善葡萄園，在當時著名釀酒學家艾米爾·佩納德（Emile Peynaud）幫助下，酒莊葡萄酒的品質有了顯著的提升。目前酒莊莊主為尼克的塔利的兒子NICOLE TARI-HEETER 掌管。

出生於教皇新堡的釀酒師家族的著名波爾多酒評家 Jean-Marc Quarin 對奈哈克酒莊讚譽有加。他使用傳統的20分等級，將甜酒之王Chateau d' Yquem 與 Chateau Nairac 的四個年份：1994,1995,1996,1997一起進行對比，令人驚訝的是Chateau Nairac 在其中三個年份的評分都超過了Chateau d' Yquem:

1997：Yquem:17.25; Nairac:19     

奈哈克酒莊目前擁有16公頃葡萄園，土壤以沖積土和沙質土為主，底層土壤為石灰石。園內種植90%賽美蓉（Semillon）、6%長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）和4%密斯卡岱勒（Muscadelle），平均樹齡為40年，種植密度為8000株/公頃，遠超Chateau d' Yquem的6700株/公頃。

為了釀造出濃郁集中的佳釀，酒莊每年都只採摘達到完美狀態的貴腐葡萄，平均每公頃的產量往往只有法定產量的 1／3左右，僅 850 公升，而著名的 Chateau d' Yquem 都有1000公升，1997年份的產量僅有 500公升。酒莊在好年份的年產量僅不到 20000 瓶，不好的年份甚至不生產，因此，被稱為 Barsac 的車庫酒。

酒莊在陳釀也與眾不同。相對於當地一般酒莊15-18個月的陳釀，Chateau Nairac 會在新橡木桶中進行20-36個月的長時間陳釀，該酒莊的酒具有獨特的輕微氧化味道，與追求輕盈的傳統Barsac細微區別的地方是，Chateau Nairac 酒體更為渾厚，更強勁有力，但是保持了酸甜的平衡和細膩。

Tasted blind at the 10-Year On Tasting in Sauternes. The 2005 Château Nairac has a little flatness on the nose compared to its peers: honey and marmalade at first, a touch of persimmon, but it needs a little more tension. The palate is well balanced with a viscous opening, rich in the mouth with tangy marmalade and orange peel notes, though missing some persistence on the finish. I suspect there are better bottles out there, hence the plus-sign against my score.

Medium yellow. Very pure aromas of ripe peach, lime and flowers, with a mineral component and roasted botrytis tones. Penetrating and perfumed in the mouth, with terrific cut and energy to its mineral-driven stone and citrus fruit flavors. Conveys a strong impression of calcaire energy.Wonderfully balanced, deep, very long wine with terrific finishing grip and aromatic clarity.
