Domaine Remoriquet Nuits Saint Georges Rouge 2022 夜‧聖喬治《ZTF303》

Domaine Remoriquet是法國勃艮第夜丘（Côte de Nuits）產區內一家備受尊敬的家族式酒莊，酒莊歷史可追溯到1890年，其精湛的釀酒工藝和真實反映風土特性的葡萄酒而聞名。

現任莊主 Gilles Remoriquet為第四代傳人，擁有知名第戎（Dijon）大學釀酒學位，在Gilles Remoriquet的帶領下，Domaine Remoriquet通過一系列改革，葡萄酒的品質得到了顯著提升。其葡萄酒成功地結合了力量感與優雅度，既展現了黑皮諾的精細，又表達了勃艮第風土的複雜性，並且擁有良好的陳年潛力。

酒莊的葡萄酒近年來獲得了國際市場的更多關注，性價比常被提及。它們受到了包括Jasper Morris MW和Allen Meadows（Burghound.com）在內的多位知名酒評家的好評。

Domaine Remoriquet在夜聖喬治（Nuits-Saint-Georges）和沃恩-羅曼尼（Vosne-Romanee）兩個村莊擁有約10公頃的葡萄園。

這款2022年份的Nuits-Saint-Georges村莊級紅葡萄酒，其葡萄來自名為”Les Allots”的葡萄園。這片園地位一級園的下方，但其出產的葡萄酒卻常常展現出超越村莊級的品質。

有關釀造 Winemaking 

酒莊在葡萄種植上秉持尊重自然的理念，採用可持續的農業實踐（已獲得HVE高環境價值認證和Terra Vitis認證），注重生態系統的平衡，盡量減少化學藥劑的使用，並通過控制產量來提升果實的純淨度和風味集中度。

Domaine Remoriquet在釀造這款酒時，會採用去梗（100% destemmed）、4-5天的冷浸漬（cold maceration）以增強顏色和風味，然後在不超過32°C的溫度下發酵約兩周，期間會通過壓帽（punching down）和泵送（pumping over） 相結合的方式輕柔地提取風味。之後，葡萄酒會在225升的法國橡木桶中陳年15-18個月，其中新桶比例約為10%。在裝瓶前會進行輕微的過濾。

The nose often features rose and liquorice. The young red wine has aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant, and when matured, leather, truffle, fur, game. Notes of macerated fruits (prune) complete the picture. Muscular and vigorous, chewy and full-bodied, its structure is both well built and well-balanced and it is long in the mouth. It is most fully enjoyed after several years’ laying down which rounds it out and underlines its sensuality and breeding.
