著名的 Chateau Angelus 金鐘酒莊莊主 Hubert de Bouard 作為酒界一大頂流人物，為多間酒莊做顧問，也擁有多間自家酒莊，也看名字都知道 La Fleur de Bouard 就是他其中一間自家代表酒莊。
酒莊位於 Lalande de Pomerol，而 Hubert 一開始都只是想找塊 Saint Emilion 的地，在朋友介紹下也對這個莊園帶懷疑，只因 Lalande de Pomerol 一向給人平價酒的印象... 但當認真研究之後，就發現波爾多還來有這樣的寶地！只需 Saint Emilion 十份一的價錢就可以買到比得上 Pomerol 的頂級風土，因為這莊園最好的地段甚至很接近 Petrus，帶著坡度和 Petrus 獨有的藍黏土！所以 Hubert 就馬上表示："this is really the terroir for me"，在 1998 年買入 25 公頃的葡萄園。
後來證明當時的決定非常正確，一級莊的技術加上頂級葡萄園，其頂級款 Le Plus La Fleur de Bouard 在 2000 年一推出就獲得 Robert Parker 親評 99 分！還在 2001 年被瑞士酒評網 Weinwisser 稱為 Best Merlot！自此就成為了產區甚至整個波爾多的標竿，令全世界都對 Lalande de Pomerol 改觀，更帶動其他酒莊相繼加入產區。

酒莊由 Hubert 和大女 Coralie de Boüard 合作管理 + 釀酒，莊內還有個釀酒實驗室去以高科技提升酒質。酒莊名字的法文 La fleur 解作花，就是因為葡萄園陽光普照，葡萄很早開花而得來。加上剛才提到的頂級款，現時酒莊生產著 5 紅 1 白，更包括幾款稀有酒款！

核心的當然是這樣酒莊同名的 La Fleur de Boüard，產量控制在不錯的 30-45 hl/ha，年產約 130000 枝，50% 在新桶，50% 在一次桶陳熟 15-18 個月，沒有過濾沒有澄清。

The 2018 La Fleur de Bouard is very well defined on the nose, gorgeous scents of blackberry, blueberry, violet and potpourri bursting from the glass but retaining fine delineation and focus. The palate is crisp on the entry, with graphite-tinged black fruit framed by fine tannins and a structured, tensile finish. This is one of the best La Fleur de Bouard vintages that I have encountered. Excellent.

Black plum and blueberry on the nose with dark chocolate, clove, oyster shell and walnut husk. It’s full-bodied with firm, silky tannins. Layered and flavorful. Open already, but better from 2023.

The 2018 La Fleur De Boüard is mostly Merlot but includes 12% Cabernet Franc and just a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. Blueberries, cassis, graphite, charcoal, and subtle oak notes all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, concentrated, beautifully balanced 2018 that has a terrific mid-palate, ripe tannins, and a great finish. I’d be happy to have bottles in the cellar.
