🧐 咩係Super Tuscan?

要講Luce就要輕輕講下Super Tuscan呢個比較新興嘅知名體系先💁🏻‍♂️簡單咁講Tuscan就係講緊意大利中部嘅Tuscany亦即係意大利文Toscana🗺️傳統上Tuscany幾個大區例如Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino都係種Sangiovese為主🍇但當時Tuscany酒莊想生產貴酒去應對市場同國際衝擊，由於波爾多葡萄酒當時最有名氣又貴，加上天氣風土嘅許可，佢地就決定種植波爾多葡萄例如Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot呢啲國際葡萄🍇並引入波爾多嘅技術，造出同傳統產區截然不同嘅酒款🍷

不過用上國際葡萄就違反咗產區嘅傳統法規，所以酒款都用唔到DOC或DOCG呢啲產區認證📉只可以評為較低級嘅IGT🤷🏻‍♂️但由於幾個領軍人物例如Tignanello, Sassicaia嘅酒實在太正🤩一推出就大受各界歡迎，輕易超越Chianti或Chianti Classico去建立高質嘅形象，所以大家就稱呢啲用國際葡萄嘅新派酒為Super Tuscan(意思超越Tuscany嘅葡萄酒)😎由於Super Tuscan唔係官方分級，所以當然唔可以印喺酒標上，但創出嘅名氣加上質量令佢地都唔會介意被降級🤪甚至令到今日Tuscany都逐漸建立新產區，令區內嘅國際葡萄酒款得到肯定💪🏻

🔎 Luce della Vite (麓鵲莊園) 喺意大利文解"生命之光"🔆喺1995年創立，位於蒙塔奇諾 (Montalcino) 西南方嘅一個古老小鎮🏘️酒莊血統高貴💁🏻‍♂️由意大利Brunello di Montalcino名莊Marchesi De Frescobaldi家族同美國Napa嘅Robert Mondavi家族合作創立🤝Vittorio Frescobaldi都話Robert Mondavi家族為佢地帶嚟嘅新思維，加上佢地傳統嘅bdm技術，攜手創出Luce呢個新舊花界融合嘅獨特酒莊🍷酒莊旗艦之一嘅Super Tuscan酒款Luce就係喺知名Montalcino產區，用傳統Sangiovese加上國際葡萄Merlot各佔一半嘅新派完美結合☯️到今日Vittorio個仔Lamberto Frescobaldi秉承住爸爸嘅熱情繼續編寫Luce嘅歷史👨‍👦

🍷 今次嘅Lucente為Luce副牌，葡萄園位於海拔350 - 420米高🌱亦係Montalcino區內最高嘅葡萄園之一，充足日照加上高海拔帶嚟嘅冷空氣平衡☀️令葡萄成熟又有酸度平衡，造出高質酒款🙌🏻Merlot喺9月頭採收而Sangiovese就喺10月頭採收👨🏻‍🌾之後放入控溫不鏽鋼桶內以28度進行為期10日發酵，再浸漬20日，最後部份用新桶陳熟12個月去增加複雜性🙌🏻

值得一提嘅係Luce出品嘅Brunello di Montalcino曾3次獲James Suckling100分滿分💯Super Tuscan酒款Luce(即Lucente正牌)都係長年高分酒款☀️2018同年正牌都獲James Suckling高分肯定，次年2019年更獲史上最高嘅99分😳👍🏻絕對係當打實力名莊🔝

The 2018 La Vite Lucente is bright, fresh and wonderfully perfumed.Sweet dark cherry, plum, mocha, lavender and wild flowers all run through thisgracious, mid-weight red. Fresh and nuanced, the 2018 is a big departure fromthe wines of a few years ago. The purity of the fruit here is striking.
