Clerc Milon大家都耳熟能詳，飲慣飲熟，Pastourelle 法文解作一種傳統舞蹈，兩位主角實情係騎士跟牧羊女的浪漫Boom Cha Cha，酒莊與Chateau Mouton Rothschild 和Chateau d’Armaihac同屬五支箭Baron Philippe de Rothschild，雖然Clerc Milon是級莊，但酒價已達級莊水平，正牌酒靚年份都快要逼近一隻金牛，所以今次三舊嘆靚年15副牌可謂絕對超值，當然這亦是因為順應潮流，各名莊將正牌質量和價格進一步推高，由於篩選葡萄更嚴格，結果更多原本是昔日正牌質量的葡萄跌落副牌行列，結果亦做成副牌水準提高，甚至在優秀年份迫近差年份或未適飲的正牌水平。

Clerc Milon近年嘅首席釀酒師Philippe Dhalluin絕對係近年釀酒傳奇之一，可以將一級莊Mouton更上一層樓連旗下嘅兩大頂級莊Opus one同Almaviva都齊齊上樓～簡單直觀一講就係2004後James Suckling已經俾咗3個一百分Mouton, 仲有2個99-100分，相信都唔洗多解釋。細佬Clerc Milon就更加唔洗講酒莊喺1970年被Baron Philippe de Rothschild 姐係Mouton嘅主人買入，Philippe Dhalluin 喺2004年接手後全面大翻新，仲喺旗下嘅美國最出名酒莊之一 Opus One 調番釀酒師Jean Emmanuel Danjoy過嚟做新Director, 陣容鼎盛釀造方法和工藝與正牌無異。

🍇 副牌有時還會用上現代波爾多極少用的 Carmenere，更是全波爾多最老來自 1947 年的老藤 Carmenere，雖然只佔比例 1%，但可能就是高質的秘密之一～

The 2016 Pastourelle de Clerc Milon is absolutely gorgeous. All of the pedigree of this great vintage comes through in a rich, juicy wine endowed with striking textural resonance and depth. Floral and spice notes lift the dark red and purplish berry fruit in a supple, racy Pauillac that will drink beautifully whenever Cler Milon decides to release it. The Pastourelle is 52% Merlot and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the Merlot very much front and center. As a reminder, the Pastourelle is mostly sold into the restaurant wine trade and is released when the château deems it ready to drink, which is usually a few years later than the other wines in the Mouton stable.

Blackberry and blueberry aromas and flavors with light walnut and bark character. Full-bodied, juicy and savory with a focused, firm wall of tannins. Needs two or three years of bottle age. Second wine of Clerc Milon.
