Taittinger是香檳區極為著名的酒莊之一，尤其以霞多麗葡萄為主的香檳產品最為有名，其中酒莊的代表旗艦酒款就是“Comtes de Champagne”，並且只在上好的年份才會釀造。根據知名葡萄酒網站《Wine-Searcher》近期所發表的搜尋量最高的前十大香檳資料，Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut名列第五。

1952年，Taittinger為了紀念香檳伯爵，特別是從東方帶回霞多麗祖先種子的Thibaud IV，打造出享負盛名的Comte de Champagne系列香檳，並使用Thibaud IV的紋章作為瓶身的裝飾。

Champagne 香檳產區位於巴黎以東150公里，是一個歷史悠久的葡萄酒產區，以 Traditional method 傳統法（又稱香檳法）釀造的香檳酒舉世聞名。

除了香檳區出產的氣泡酒可以稱為香檳Champagne之外其他地方出產的氣泡酒不稱為香檳Champagne。

香檳是按照傳統的"Methode Champenoise 香檳製造法"釀造，以其豐富的葡萄酒種類而聞名。其中，Reserve Brut 精選35個不同葡萄園的果實釀造而成;獨特的高比例 Chardonnay 混調而成，經過至少三年的窖藏，展現出細膩的平衡感與複雜性，充分呈現泰廷爵香檳的完美釀造及風格。
