Taittinger Champagne Brut Reserve《ZTF233》

Originally known as Forest-Fourneaux with history dating back to 1734 and in 1932 Pierre Taittinger bought the House and the Taittinger label was born. A century of incredible growth saw Taittinger become one of the biggest producers and today is one of the last big independent, family-owned Houses. Pierre-Emmanuel retired in 2019 and was succeeded as President by his daughter Vitalie. They own 288-hectares of vineyards and the Taittinger style is the high percentage of Chardonnay.

Champagne is a 100% French product. The wine region it comes from is located in France, some 90 miles east of Paris. This is the only place in the world that it is made.

Champagne is produced according to the traditional Methode Champenoise and is renowned for its rich wine selection. Among them, the Reserve Brut is crafted from grapes sourced from 35 different vineyards. Its unique blend, with a high percentage of Chardonnay, is aged for a minimum of three years, showcasing exquisite balance and complexity, fully embodying the perfection of Taittinger's craftsmanship and style.

Lemon, biscuit, fresh peach and pie crust on the nose. It's creamy and silky with excellent freshness and very soft bubbles. 40% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir and 25% pinot meunier. Base wine from 2020 (70%) with 30% reserve wines. 9g/L dosage.
