Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut 2013 泰亭哲伯爵香檳白中白2013 《ZTF210》

Taittinger是香檳區極為著名的酒莊之一，尤其以霞多麗葡萄為主的香檳產品最為有名，其中酒莊的代表旗艦酒款就是“Comtes de Champagne”，並且只在上好的年份才會釀造。根據知名葡萄酒網站《Wine-Searcher》近期所發表的搜尋量最高的前十大香檳資料，Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut名列第五。

1952年，Taittinger為了紀念香檳伯爵，特別是從東方帶回霞多麗祖先種子的Thibaud IV，打造出享負盛名的Comte de Champagne系列香檳，並使用Thibaud IV的紋章作為瓶身的裝飾。

Champagne 香檳產區位於巴黎以東150公里，是一個歷史悠久的葡萄酒產區，以 Traditional method 傳統法（又稱香檳法）釀造的香檳酒舉世聞名。

除了香檳區出產的氣泡酒可以稱為香檳Champagne之外其他地方出產的氣泡酒不稱為香檳Champagne。

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut集結Côte des Blancs 5大Grand Cru葡萄釀造: Avize、Chouilly、Cramant、Le Mesnil-sur-Oger、Oger

香檳是按照傳統的"Methode Champenoise 香檳製造法"釀造，以其豐富的葡萄酒種類而聞名。其中，Blanc de Blancs 白中白香檳是完全以白葡萄釀成的香檳，主要以 Chardonnay 葡萄為主，酸度較高但口感細緻平衡。

Comtes de Champagne這款特釀僅採用首次壓榨的葡萄汁釀造。採用一小部分（5%）在新橡木桶中陳釀的混合酒液，可以使最後整個酒體烘焙香氣更平衡。Taittinger Comte de Champagne伯爵香檳是其酒莊的巔峰之作； Comte de Champagne伯爵香檳白中白葡萄酒在聖尼凱斯下方的白堊採石場陳釀長達十年，才能最終出爐，點燃並愉悅葡萄酒愛好者的味蕾。
