酒莊喺1626年創立，位於Alsace中心嘅Ribeauvillé, 去到今日已經係第十三代。當初第1個家族成員由瑞士嚟到法國掘銀礦，但好快已經喺1626年開始釀酒，所以好早已經建立名聲～去到1898年當時莊主Frédéric Emile Trimbach更加拎到布魯塞爾國際大賽(Concours Mondial de Bruxelles) 最高榮譽！奠定咗酒莊嘅地位！所以酒莊名之後都加上F.E去肯定Frédéric！




去到今時今日Trimbach已經係Alsace嘅標誌酒莊，26間三星米芝蓮餐廳有用佢嘅酒，Robert Parker最優秀156個酒莊之一，而家嘅12代釀酒師Pierre Trimbach仲係大師級人馬，分別拎過2006年Decanter世界十大白酒釀酒師同2017 Michel Bettane十大Riesling大師，同Leflavie，Dominique Lafon等名莊同時上榜，實力無容置疑！

近年Trimbach亦相對注重環境，連埋合作葡萄農嘅全部58公頃葡萄園都獲得HVE3最高級環境認證, 而且目標喺2023年拎到有機認證！亦奉行生物多樣性，種咗好多唔同嘅作物，幫雀鳥起巢從而令佢哋幫手食害蟲，仲有養羊去保持土壤健康～




Trimbach大致有4個系列：入門嘅普通黃標酒款、Reserve、金標嘅人物紀念款系列 Reserve Personnelle同白標頂級收藏系列Prestige & Collection: Riesling & Grands Crus Collection + 甜酒Vendanges Tardives & Sélection de Grains Nobles.

即使係最入門嘅黃標Gewuztraminer都長年拎到高分，去到95 96分嘅白標系列更加唔使講～


Trimbach | Taub Family Selections


Trimbach除咗Pinot Noir之外, 所有酒款都唔進行蘋果乳酸發酵，去令白酒款保持優雅純正，然後都會根據酒款on lees陳熟幾個月不等～值得一提嘅係Trimbach嘅白酒嘅剩糖量喺Alsace入面屬最低之一，Riesling就只有大槪2g, 由其近年有個潮流都會刻意提高剩糖量，鍾意dry Gewuztraminer嘅酒友要試試啦～

Plenty of spice (mostly allspice and cinnamon) on the nose, but what makes this stand out in the field of regular quality Alsace gewurztraminers is the excellent balance, with lively acidity and a hint of tannin that underlines this at the clean finish. Unusually food-friendly for this grape.
