Kurayoshi Distillery 倉吉蒸餾所

倉吉蒸餾所（Kurayoshi Distillery）是隸屬於西元1910年於日本鳥取縣創立松井酒造的附屬蒸餾所，緊鄰鳥取縣大山山系的倉吉蒸餾所，其取名源自於「倉吉」一詞代表著「美好生活」的語源，一側臨山另一側面日本海，冷暖温差大也讓威士忌的熟成速度快上許多。可以說這裏的自然造就了倉吉威士忌。雖然蒸餾廠人數不多，但是大家懷著一定要親手做出最好酒的心情，一同向前邁進。

日本松井酒造創立於1910年於日本鳥取縣，至今已有107年的歷史，起初是由製作芋燒酒起家，由於鳥取縣的水質在日本是數一數二，於是松井酒造開始開發另一條酒類銷售線。在芋燒酒之後就開始著手研究威士忌，這一路的研發以及改良，創造出今天倉吉威士忌的好味道，倉吉威士忌皆採用嚴選蘇格蘭北部威士忌原酒以及日本國內蒸餾酒技術調製而成。同時選用鳥取縣豐富的自然資源，大山山脈的天然山泉水醞釀而成。倉吉被日本酒業界評為出色的威士忌，口感帶蜂蜜檸檬糖和麥芽香味。

桶中的陳年

製作威士忌的過程中優質的水源是必不可少的，但是在這一基礎上在桶中陳年也是釀造一款優質威士忌不可或缺嘅條件。在松井酒造的理念指導下，倉吉蒸餾所致力研究生產各式各樣的威士忌原酒，不僅採用傳統葡萄酒木桶或雪莉木桶做的陳年酒桶，也有挑戰使用像日本橡木或櫻花木做的新酒桶。

一般我們說威士忌是“美味”的，但是每個人的偏好是不同的。倉吉的水質柔和，用這裏的水製造威士忌，所追求的味道自然而然地就顯現出來。倉吉蒸餾所始終牢記“要做出廣為大家所喜愛的威士忌”。利用多年來技術，每天在創新和嘗試中摸索前進。請一定要品嘗！
