🔎ChateauDoisy-Vedrines由 Chateau Doisy分裂出來的3間酒莊其中之一，另外2間酒莊為Château Doisy Daëne, Château Doisy-Dubroca，在1855的列級酒莊分級時，被評為2級莊，Grand Crus Classesof Sauternes and Barsac只有26間酒莊能夠入選，在Barsac地區更只有10間能夠成為列級酒莊。

👨‍🌾酒莊最初由CHEVALIERS DE VEDRINES所擁有，後來酒莊幾經易手，葡萄園也被分割為3間酒莊，Chateau Doisy-Vedrines的面積為最大，在 1946 年，酒莊由 Casteja家族購入並持有至今，這個Casteja家族在波爾多區擁有多家酒莊。

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines的貴腐甜酒，深得各大酒評家的好評，圓潤甜美如蜜糖，帶有點點礦物質感，豐富而平衡。

Very textured, this is a complex wine.There is a strong sense of minerality here, along with flavors of ripeapricots, peaches and grapes. The texture is zesty and tangy, showing sometaut, nervy acidity. This is a wine for serious aging so don't drink before2017.

Tasted at the château, the 2001 Château Doisy-Védrines has an attractive honeysuckle and butterscotch bouquet, well defined with just a touch of wet wool. Returning after 10 minutes it does appear to have lost some of its panache and complexity. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry: tangerine and honey, dried orange peel and a focused, tensile finish that feels long in the mouth, but like the aromatics, aeration seems to take this Barsac apart at the seams and it falls just a little flat. I must confess that this particular vintage did not match previous, more impressive showings.

 (Barsac) Medium straw-gold color. Very ripe aromas of pit fruits and vanillin oak, with a mentholated aspect. Supple, round and thick; a very full, essentially gentle wine but with excellent penetration. Very sweet, sexy flavors of peach, vanilla and coconut. Finishes dense, thick and very long, with strong oakiness and building fruit.
