Chateau Poujeaux（寶捷酒莊）是法國波爾多梅多克的 Moulis（穆利斯）產區的酒莊之一，亦為 Union Des Grands Crus De Bordeaux 的成員之一。 從中世紀開始，Chateau Poujeaux 的土地就是 Latour Saint Mambert 的領地。
在 2003 年的中級莊修訂中，Chateau Poujeaux 被列為 Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel（特等中級莊），雖然該“特等”稱號到 2007 年之後隨著不斷的爭議而被取締，但至今眾多酒評家和酒商均認為 Chateau Poujeaux 是中級莊的表率者之一。2010 年，重新引入了嚴格修訂的 Cru Bourgeois 分類制度，該制度沒有等級之分。因此， Chateau Poujeaux 和其它五個享有 Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel 的酒莊共同組成了獨立於新的分類制度之外的，名為 Les Exceptionnels 的組織。
產區 Region
位於瑪歌村的西側，相距數公里，該產區的風土條件與瑪歌大致相似，土壤類型為石灰石、沙礫和黏質石灰岩，產區東邊有適合種植葡萄的礫石坡。該產區主要的葡萄品種為Cabernet Sauvignon，其次是Merlot，還有少量的Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, Petit Verdot和Malbec 。該產區只允許釀制紅葡萄酒，且紅葡萄酒相當耐久存，最好的年份酒，具有酒體豐滿、酒力強勁的特點。
Moulis的地名來自法語中的 "moulin" (風車)。今天，在Moulis地區，仍然可以看到3個古老的磨坊。這個產區1938年才從上梅多克中獨立，建立自己的 Appellation Moulis-en-Medoc Controlle或Appellation Moulis Controlle標誌。 其產區限於Moulis村與Listrac,Lamarque, Arcins, Avensan, Castelnau, Cussac的部分村莊，但是不包括河流新沖積的土壤以及表面覆有砂土的不滲水層的土壤地區。其他與St.Esitephe、Pauillac、Saine-Julien、Margaux等相同。
有關釀造 Winemaking
酒莊目前的葡萄園面積為 63 公頃，其中有 50% 的土地用來栽培 Cabernet Sauvignon 葡萄，有 40% 的土地用來栽培 Merlot，有 5% 的土地用來栽培 Cabernet Franc，還有 5% 的土地用來栽培 Petit Verdot 葡萄。當葡萄達到理想的成熟狀態後，酒莊會通過人工方式進行採摘。採摘後的葡萄經過篩選、破皮後，會進入具有溫控功能的不銹鋼發酵罐中進行發酵。發酵得來的葡萄酒之後會進入 30% 新的法國橡木桶中再熟成 12 個月，最後在酒莊內裝瓶。
1970’S 末一個 MEDOC 區1st Growths 盲瓶測試中，lafite 與 poujeax 並列頭一﹑二位。而在英國知名葡萄酒大師 Clive Coates MW 在其著作《佳釀：波爾多鼎級酒莊及其葡萄酒》中記載了一件趣事：有一次，前法國總統 Pompidou (PP) 於愛麗舍宮殿設宴邀請了一眾賓客，其中 LAFITE 莊主 Baron Rothschild(BR) 是坐上客。

PP: 這並非拉菲，拉菲還在備用房醒酒器中，其實，那是 Chateau Poujeaux。
事件令 Chateau Poujeaux 聲名大噪。亦揭示 Chateau Poujeaux 的酒質實力為之一等一。

Its pretty aromas of wild blackberries, violets, milk chocolate, and licorice, along with its medium-to-full-bodied profile and firm, creamy tannins. This Bordeaux wine from the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation is noted for its attractive fruit and structure, which will likely continue to develop with age.

Poujeaux is a wine that I often hold up as classic example of what the Médoc can achieve, and here again it's a huge success. It has a beautiful nose, with vibrant and well extracted brambly dark fruits on the palate - but not so much that it feels like it's pushing too hard. It's an architectural wine, a more classic take on the vintage, but for me this is where the money is in Moulis.

This is a big-hearted wine, ripe with both black-plum flavors and generous tannins. At this stage the structure is prominent, but with the weight of the fruits, the wine will balance out full, ripe and ready to drink from 2026
