🔎 ChateauPoujeaux(普捷莊園)位於波爾多左岸梅多克的Moulis-en-Medoc產區內,時至今日,酒莊擁有約63公頃的葡萄園,平均樹齡約35年🌱。發酵完成後的葡萄酒會進入30%-40%新的法國橡木桶中再熟化12個月,陳熟後在酒莊內完成裝瓶。
💁🏻♂️英國知名葡萄酒大師Clive Coates MW在其著作《佳釀:波爾多鼎級酒莊及其葡萄酒》中記載了一件趣事:有一次,法國總統喬治在愛麗舍宮舉行晚宴💃🏻🕺🏻,拉菲酒莊的莊主也有赴宴。宴會過後,男爵說:“感謝總統閣下選用我的1953年份拉菲,我深感榮幸”。不料,總統卻告訴他:“其實,那是Chateau Poujeaux。” 這段軼事足以說明Poujeaux的優異品質!
💁🏻♀️在2003年的中級莊修訂中,寶捷酒莊被列為Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel(特等中級莊),雖然該“特等”稱號到2007年之後隨著不斷的爭議而被取締,但至今眾多酒評家和酒商均認為寶捷莊園是中級莊的表率者之一。2010年,重新引入了嚴格修訂的Cru Bourgeois分類制度,該制度沒有等級之分。因此,寶捷酒莊Chateau Poujeaux和其它五個享有Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel的酒莊共同組成了獨立於新的分類制度之外的,名為Les Exceptionnels的組織。

The black-cherry and blackcurrant aromas are enticing. Medium body, firm and silky tannins and a clean, fresh finish. Shows intensity and clean acidity. Drink after 2020.

The 2016 Branas Grand Poujeaux has a medium to deep garnet-purple color. The nose features crushed redcurrants, kirsch and warm plums with wafts of cassis, dried herbs and mossy bark. Medium-bodied, bright, juicy and refreshing, it has a wonderfully energetic signature with a seriously earthy finish.

The 2016 Branas Grand Poujeaux has a delightful bouquet of brambly red berry fruit laced with damp loamy aromas, the oak here neatly enmeshed. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, brown spices liberally sprinkled over the red berry fruit and a satisfying sense of precision on the finish. A very fine, serious Moulis that comes highly recommended. Tasted blind at the Southwold tasting.

The sector of Poujeaux is one of the most prestigious in Moulis. This wine, from a 29-acre estate, is rich in tannins and dense in opulent black fruit. It is a powerful statement, tempered by acidity that gives a final lift. Drink from 2023.
