Garnacha帝國 – Campo de Borja (博爾哈) DO產區

博爾哈產區 (Campo de Borja) 是阿拉貢（Aragón）的法定產區(DO)之一，位於薩拉戈薩（Zaragoza）省的西北部，位於Sistema lberlco山脈（Moncayo山腳下）和埃布羅（Ebro）河谷之間的地帶。在這片土地上分佈著16個城鎮。Compo意指”土地”，自2000多年前羅馬時期就已經有人在這裡釀酒。13世紀初期修道士在 Moncayo 山脈附近的 Vera de Moncayo 小鎮，設立Veruela 修道院，同時引進更新穎的葡萄種植及釀酒技術。19世紀起陸續有人在修道院附近的山丘上開墾葡萄園及設立酒莊。1950年間，西班牙因為遭遇到經濟蕭條，小酒莊們為了生存，決定成立合作社，一起分擔釀造及銷售費用。這個合作社因為注重品質，釀造出來的酒款皆受到肯定，於是西班牙政府在1980年，將 Campo de Borja 產區認定為西班牙葡萄酒法定產區D.O.之一。

葡萄白歌海娜 (GrenacheBlanc) 是原產於西班牙的白葡萄品種，它是歌海娜 (Garnacha)的顏色變易品種。在西班牙被稱為Garnacha Blanca，目前在西班牙東北部、法國南部以及美國澳洲也有種植。白歌海娜可以釀成單品酒也可以混釀，一般風味較濃郁、酒體飽滿、酸度清爽、自然圓潤、帶上花香、青蘋果、草本及礦物質感。

Vinos del Viento係我地Wine Couple 全新引入的西班牙酒莊，出品當然係一如既往地高質同抵飲啦! 酒莊的靈魂人物絕對係來自美國嘅莊主Michael Cooper ，佢又有“Vine Hunter”的稱號！他多年來致力在各地尋找合心水的高海拔、老藤和不用灌溉的葡萄園! 最後他情歸位處西班牙Aragon區的Calatayud DO並成立了Vinos Del Viento 。這裏不但有位於高達600-1,000米的山坡，而且還有優質的土壤及優秀的微氣候，風土條件得天獨厚，再加上當地的老藤，所以Michael Cooper能釀造出溫柔動人且果味十足的酒款!

Fresh nectarines and white fruit with a hint of stones and herbs. Fresh and a tad phenolic on the palate with a medium body and a tight and fruity finish. Drink now.

The appley and primary white 2022 Garnacha Blanca is fresh, floral and light, with 13% alcohol and good freshness, straightforward, easy to drink and tasty.
