Chateau Desmirail 狄士美莊園位於瑪歌產區 Cantenac 康特那村。十七世紀中期，狄士美莊園原屬於 Pierre de Mesures de Rauzan (魯臣莊園) 的一部分。隨著時間流逝，莊園分成了多個部分，到1855年分級為止，原魯臣莊園已經被分為 Chateau Rauzan-Gassies (露仙歌莊園)，Chateau Rauzan-Ségla (魯臣世家莊園)，Chateau Desmirail (狄士美莊園) 以及 Chateau Marquis de Terme (德達侯爵莊園) 四家莊園。在1855年，狄士美莊園獲被評為三級莊。1905年，著名作曲家 Mendelssohn 成為了莊園的所有者。

後來，狄士美莊園由 Lucien Lurton 買下。Lurton 家族是著名的葡萄酒生產商。Lucien 用了20年時間來重建狄士美莊園，將原莊園內的葡萄園逐塊翻新。他隨後在 Cantenac 康特那村買下一棟建築物並改裝成為酒窖。首次採收是在1981年。在1992年，Lucien 的兒子 — 33歲的 Denis Lurton 從父親繼承了狄士美莊園，即也是現任莊主。Denis Lurton 繼承了父親及家族多年來的釀造工藝，一直以釀造高質葡萄酒為目標，酒莊正牌酒在近幾年的 Vintages 上，在 James Suckling 口中都拿到 90分以上，酒質無庸置疑。

葡萄園採用可持續方式管理，嚴格控制化學物質的使用，以促進土壤的健康發展，同時更好地保留風土特色。葡萄經由60人為小組手工採收，之後被運送至發酵室進行去梗、篩選和破碎，按不同地塊分開不同的發酵罐發酵，這樣有利於葡萄酒表現不同地塊以及不同葡萄品種的特色。針對不同樹齡用不同的容器發酵，莊主 Denis LURTON, 技術總監 Pierre Lafeuillade 和傳奇釀酒顧問 Jacques Boissenot 一齊為正牌選擇合適的容器發酵陳釀，老藤常會使用橡木桶進行發酵。之後在不低於 30% 新橡木桶陳熟12個月，大約每3個月，釀酒師就會進行一次倒罐，以澄清酒液。熟化完成後，葡萄酒液會轉移至大橡木桶中，使用蛋清進行澄清。

波爾多最偉大最低調的釀酒師

Jacques Boissenot，堪稱波爾多最偉大，亦是最低調的釀酒師。除了波爾多五大一級莊中的拉菲、拉圖、瑪歌之外，還在寶嘉龍酒莊、雄獅城堡、碧尚男爵酒莊、碧尚女爵酒莊和巴頓酒莊等波爾多名莊做顧問，顧客名單達全球200多家酒莊。而他為這些酒莊做什麼呢，並不是釀酒，而是控制採摘時間和最終的酒款調配，幾乎所有名莊酒，都是經過他的手調配出來的，否則，拉菲將不再是拉菲，拉圖也不再是拉圖……

目前，狄士美莊園的主要酒款包括狄士美正牌（Chateau Desmirail）、狄士美副牌（Initial de Desmirail）、Iris Pourpre de Desmirail。其中酒莊的正牌酒——Chateau Desmirail精緻、優雅且平衡，既可在年輕時飲用，也具有很大的陳年潛力。副牌酒則採用葡萄園內較為年輕的葡萄藤所產葡萄釀制，經過橡木桶陳年，十分易飲，適合在年輕時享用。

Desmirail, a third growth in the 1855 classification, is the fruit of an exceptional terroir in the Margaux appellation, which it represents perfectly with its wonderful elegance and finesse.
Its vinification is carried out using modern techniques and equipment, combined with a respect for tradition, resulting in a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth, but which also has a tremendous capacity to improve with age.
Château Desmirail is the product of strict selection and carefully adapted maturing.

Produced in part from younger vines, Initial de Desmirail is the Château's Second Wine. It also undergoes a maturing period in barrels. This is a wine that should ideally be drunk within ten years in order to enjoy all of its qualities. “A pleasant, round wine, enjoyable to drink young", it takes its name from D and L, the current owner’s initials, which appear on the majestic entrance gate and on the pediment of the Charterhouse.
