拉菲萊斯古堡（Chateau Rieussec，又名：萊斯古堡）坐落於法國波爾多Sauternes產區，以出產馥鬱甜美的貴腐甜白葡萄酒而聞名。在1855年Sauternes及巴薩克（Barsac）分級中，Chateau Rieussec酒莊與其它10座蘇玳名莊一同被列為一級莊（Premier Grand Cru Classe），排在Sauternes分級的金字塔塔身頂部。

1984年，Chateau Rieussec酒莊成為拉菲羅斯柴爾德集團（Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite）產業之一，並由此迎來了一個重要的發展時期。為了充分挖掘這片風土的潛力，拉菲羅斯柴爾德集團採取了一系列措施，如新建酒窖和釀造車間，為葡萄篩選間和壓榨室增添現代化設備等。酒莊的葡萄園位於Sauternes村和Fargues村的山丘上，東面毗鄰滴金酒莊（Chateau d'Yquem）。作為Sauternes最大的酒莊之一，Chateau Rieussec酒莊僅葡萄園面積就多達93公頃。園內種植著蘇玳典型的葡萄品種，以賽美蓉（Semillon）為主，此外還包括7%的長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）和3%的密斯卡岱（Muscadelle）。在葡萄園的管理上，Chateau Rieussec酒莊遵循Sauternes傳統，根據葡萄的成熟度和貴腐葡萄的生長情況，分批採摘葡萄。

為了保證酒質，這款酒的年產量變化很大——遇到不理想的年份，如1977、1993和2012年，酒莊直接放棄這款酒的出品；有生產的年份，分數基本都達到90分以上，2009年Robert Parker 更是給予了97的高分。

Strong colour. Very floral, vivid nose,light, well-integrated woodiness. The palate is fresh, elegant and complex witha lively, slightly spicy finish, and some notes of exotic fruit. Excellentlength.

Wonderful, evocative orange marmalade and ginger flavors play around this rich wine. Its botrytis dryness doesn’t detract from the intense sweetness, ripe apricots, spice and deliciously refreshing acidity. The richness is in the texture, but the ripeness is in the open, generous fruit.

An intense nose, with vanilla, lemon cream, apple tart and honey. Full-bodied, very sweet and powerful, with a fabulous finish. So generous, with layers of delicious, sweet fruit.

Intense, with ginger, yellow apple chutney, dried pineapple and papaya flavors coursing through a finish that brims with singed almond and lemon chiffon flavors. This retains a touch of youthful rawness, featuring a bitter orange note that's yet to be absorbed. No need to rush or worry here. Best from 2018 through 2040.

The 2011 Rieussec, a blend of 95% Semillon, 2% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Muscadelle is an absolute dream. There is wonderful precision and mineralité on the nose, the new oak more integrated than a few months ago. The palate is beautifully balanced with clear honey, brioche and pralines, a sensual Rieussec that is utterly charming, hints of nougat and almond lingering on the long finish. Gorgeous!

Layers of complex botrytis give this wine an immensely aromatic character. It is sumptuous and generous, ripe and full-bodied. The essential acidity comes through the dry structure of botrytis and sweet honey. The fruit is only just beginning to show and the wine is obviously very young. Drink from 2022.
